project monitoring

As the funder’s project monitor we carry out continuous independent reviews of project information throughout its lifecycle and provide the funder with the facts and our expert opinion in a clear and concise manner. 
We identify, analyse and communicate the risks to the funder and provide them with the necessary information to be able to make informed decisions to protect their investment/security.

BILLS of quantities

We produce full SMM7 or NRM Bills of Quantities, using the latest QS CAD and MBElite software, as well as producing Builders Quants and Scoping of Works Documents.
