Matt has over 20 years’ experience in various commercial roles, including Commercial Manager and Commercial Director for two leading national contractors, working alongside some of the industry’s leading clients and designers. Matt has a real passion for adding value for clients and being an integral part of any project team, and offers a high level of traditional technical expertise.

BRIAN BOURNE
- DIRECTOR

Having been involved in the construction industry from leaving school Brian has almost 20 years’ experience in the UK construction industry working with a developer and main contractor prior to forming Warhurst Bourne in 2014. Brian leads the tendering/procurement, post contract works and cost planning sections and strength lie in commercial strategy and planning.

WESLEY COLE
- DIRECTOR

Wesley has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry. Having started out with a leading main contractor, he went on to join a global professional services firm in a client side Project Management role. Most recently he held an Associate Director position for one of the UK's largest independent project consultancies before joining up with Warhurst Bourne to head up the Project Monitoring service.
